Casa Sacuanjoche
Perched above Playa Rosada, Casa Sacuanjoche's landscape is built to blend into its setting. A curved, pool edge gives the appearance that there's almost nothing between the water and the surf below. The property's stand of mature plumeria — sacuanjoche, Nicaragua's national flower, and the house's namesake — anchors the pool terrace and shades the ocean view. Layered planting and white concrete walls carry that same coastal, textured feel from the entry all the way down to the water.
Remodel design: Patrick Kearney | Location: Rancho Santana, Tola-Rivas Nicaragua | Size: 1330 square meters (0.34 acres)
